Always be the first to congratulate a teammate when he makes a successful  play.

Pay attention when your coach is talking-- You should look him/her in the eyes.

Never express disappointment towards or argue with an official.

Never dwell on a mistake in the middle of a game -- you may miss your opportunity to make up for it.

Play hard until you hear the whistle.
